Through its modular construction, the Cool Inflator® offers almost unlimited possibilities for gas expulsion and airbag connection configurations. The standard applications described below are configured to offer maximum performance:
Cool Inflator® CLASSIC
Our classic with radially oriented interface and radial gas expulsion is the product family that originally went into series production in 2005.
Cool Inflator® EVO
With the same basic functionality, the EVO family is the logical extension of the Cool Inflator® CLASSIC, only with an axially oriented interface, and has been in production since 2009.
Cool Inflator® FUSION
Radially aligned interface with radial gas expulsion with extended housing for clamped airbag attachment.
With the help of the Cool Inflator + solutions described in the following, the standard applications can be tailored for the respective application. This is achieved through the attachment of an interface that is adjusted to the specific needs of the customer. This makes a custom-tailored serial manufacture for inflators a reality:
