Cool Inflator
The Cool Inflator® sets a new standard for inflators in terms of cleanness, speed and repeatability.
Inert gas stored under high pressure is released during operation. This does not generate any heat, which offers advantageous possibilities especially for the design of gas distribution ducts and fabrics in the module.
The Cool Inflator® is constructed in a modular design consisting of a gas container and an activator. The diameter and length of the gas container varies depending on the gas volume required, and in addition regulates the required mass flow. The activator allows the cold gas to flow off during operation and at the same time is the interface to the system that can be individually adjusted to the customer’s requirements. Nearly unlimited possibilities are offered by this setup with regard to gas flow and module connection.
